Arya Tadbir Pazh offers comprehensive services in the field of human sanitary wastewater treatment, including the design, consulting, construction, operation, and turnkey EPC of concrete wastewater treatment plants. These plants are designed to handle various wastewater flow rates, including:
In terms of treated wastewater quality, concrete wastewater treatment plants are designed and constructed to meet the standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency or the specific requirements of the client for the reuse of reclaimed water.
The construction of reinforced concrete wastewater treatment plants typically involves two main parts:
The construction of the treatment plant structure requires a comprehensive execution plan, including dimensions of tanks, reinforcement drawings, locations of plates, nozzles, water stops, and more. During the construction of the treatment plant structure, it is essential to consider the equipment that will be installed in the designated locations when designing all structures and related accessories. Note: Watertightness of the treatment plant structure is one of the most critical aspects of construction. Particular attention should be paid during concrete pouring and curing to prevent the formation of honeycombed surfaces and hairline cracks in the concrete. If, after completion of the treatment plant structure, it is determined that the tanks are not adequately watertight, various waterproofing methods and materials such as grout, penetrating sealers, and polymeric waterstops must be used to completely seal the tanks.
After commissioning and handing over the treatment plant, all necessary training must be provided to the operating team nominated by the client.
